Sue Keith

Sue is Corporate Vice President at Landrum Talent Solutions where she serves as their Marketing Practice Lead. Her marketing recruiting business, Ceres Talent, was acquired by Landrum in late 2022. A 20-year marketing and communications veteran, Sue partners closely with senior marketing leaders to monitor trends in the industry and the ongoing evolution of the profession. She publishes Landrum’s Ask a CMO interview series, hosts monthly CMO Roundtables and is a frequent guest on The Agile Brand’s State of the (Marketing Hiring) Union podcast.

Sue began her career as an auditor with Deloitte (she’s a recovering CPA) before transitioning to marketing at MCI. She went on to hold senior marketing roles with several technology and telecom companies before launching Ceres Talent. She’s on the Advisory Board of New Dominion Angels, serves on the Leadership Board of NVTC’s Marketing & Growth COI, sits on James Madison University’s Department of Marketing Executive Advisory Board, and is Treasurer of Aspire Afterschool Learning. Sue holds a dual major in Accounting and French from James Madison University. In her spare time, she works on improving her French, dabbles in pickleball, and fosters rescue dogs.
